Welcome to ArtKeep!

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") set out the rules you must follow when you download or use the ArtKeep iOS app (the "App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

User Agreement

1. Service Description

ArtKeep helps parents and guardians capture, manage, and share kids’ artwork. You can scan or photograph artwork, organize it in a private family gallery, and share it with family and friends.

2. Rules of Use

When using the App, you agree to:

  • Not upload, share, or store unlawful content.
  • Respect third parties’ copyrights, privacy, and other rights.
  • Use the App responsibly and not interfere with the App’s security or operation.

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored on your device by default. If you enable membership features that include iCloud sync, your data may also be synchronized and stored in iCloud so you can access it across your Apple devices.

4. Membership Services

ArtKeep may offer membership plans that unlock premium features. Depending on your plan, membership benefits may include:

  • Unlock additional frames/styles to personalize artworks
  • iCloud cloud backup for secure storage
  • Sync across multiple Apple devices
  • Support for multiple child profiles
  • Create multiple galleries/exhibitions
  • Unlimited artworks within galleries (where applicable)
  • Export to PDF: generate and download a PDF of selected artworks for printing or sharing

Subscription options (e.g., monthly, annual, and/or lifetime) and pricing are shown in the App Store. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID subscription settings.

5. App Permissions

To provide core features, the App may request access to:

  • Network: to sync data and access online resources
  • Camera: to scan or capture artworks
  • Photos/Photo Library: to import and save images

Some features (such as exporting a PDF) may also use standard iOS sharing/saving flows. You can control permissions in your device settings, but disabling permissions may limit features.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, ArtKeep is not responsible for indirect damages arising from use of the App, unless such damages are caused by our willful misconduct or gross negligence.

All content provided by the App (including text, images, designs, trademarks, and user interfaces) is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you upload, but you are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to use and share it.

1. 服务描述

ArtKeep 是一款帮助家长/监护人拍摄（或扫描）、管理并分享孩子艺术作品的应用。您可以将作品整理成私密的家庭画廊，并与家人朋友分享。

2. 使用规则

使用本应用时，您同意：

  • 不上传、分享或存储任何违法内容；
  • 尊重第三方的版权、隐私及其他合法权益；
  • 合理使用应用，不进行任何影响应用安全或运行的行为。

3. 数据存储

您的数据默认存储在设备本地。如您开通并启用包含 iCloud 同步的会员功能，数据可能会同步并存储在 iCloud，以便您在多台 Apple 设备上访问。

4. 会员服务

ArtKeep 可能提供会员计划以解锁高级功能。不同计划的会员权益可能包括：

  • 解锁更多画框/风格，让作品更具个性
  • iCloud 云端备份，安全存储
  • 多设备同步，在 Apple 设备间共享
  • 记录多个孩子档案
  • 创建多个画廊/画展
  • 画廊内作品数量不限（如适用）
  • 导出 PDF：将选定作品生成并下载为 PDF，用于打印或分享

订阅选项（如按月、按年和/或终身）及价格以 App Store 展示为准。您可以随时在 Apple ID 订阅设置中管理或取消订阅。

5. 应用权限

为提供核心功能，本应用可能需要访问：

  • 网络：用于数据同步与访问在线资源
  • 相机：用于扫描/拍摄作品
  • 相册：用于导入与保存图片

部分功能（如导出 PDF）可能会使用 iOS 系统的分享/保存流程。您可以在系统设置中管理权限，但关闭权限可能导致部分功能不可用。

6. 责任限制

在法律允许的范围内，除非因我们的故意或重大过失导致，否则我们不对因使用本应用产生的间接损失承担责任。

7. 版权与知识产权

本应用提供的内容（包括但不限于文本、图像、设计、商标、用户界面等）均受版权及其他知识产权法律保护。您仍保留您上传内容的所有权，但您应确保拥有上传与分享该内容所需的合法权利。
