This Privacy Policy explains how ArtKeep collects, uses, and shares information when you use the ArtKeep iOS app (the "App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

1. Data Collection

We collect only the data necessary to provide the App. This includes information you directly input or upload in the App (for example, photos/scans of artwork, titles, notes, tags, and albums).

Your data is stored on your device by default. If you enable membership features that include iCloud sync, your data may also be synchronized and stored in iCloud.

2. Data Use

We use your data to provide and improve the App, including organizing your gallery, syncing and backing up data (if enabled), and delivering premium features. For example, if you use PDF export (a membership feature), we process the artworks you select to generate an export for you.

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Data Sharing

Without your explicit choice (for example, enabling iCloud sync or using the App’s sharing features), we do not share your personal data with third parties.

We may also disclose information if required to comply with law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of ArtKeep and our users.

4. User Rights

You can access, modify, export, or delete your data within the App at any time. If you need help with a request, you can contact us.

5. Explanation of Permissions Use

The App may request device permissions to provide core features, such as:

  • Network: to sync data and access online resources
  • Camera: to scan or capture artworks
  • Photos/Photo Library: to import and save images

You can manage these permissions in iOS settings. If you disable permissions, some features may not work properly.
